Role Description:
We are seeking candidates with an enthusiastic and positive attitude, who naturally radiate positivity and optimism. The ideal candidate will excel in interpersonal interactions, possessing strong communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting with others.
As an Online English Teacher, you will deliver dynamic and interactive English language lessons to adult students of various ages and proficiency levels. Utilizing our platform's resources, you will create personalized lesson plans tailored to meet each student's individual learning needs. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge and tools for success.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct live 1-on-1 or group English language lessons using video conferencing software such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Skype.
· Create a positive and enjoyable learning environment for students.
· Develop simple educational materials such as articles with the assistance of AI technology. Training will be provided.
· Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them progress.
· Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to ensure student engagement and understanding.
· Monitor and assess student progress through regular assessments and progress reports.
· Provide support on miscellaneous activities such as simple admin work, calendar organization, website updating etc.
· Stay updated on current trends in English language teaching, integrating innovative teaching methods into lessons.
Requirements:
· Native English speaker with a North American accent.
· Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred).
· TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other relevant teaching certification (preferred).
· Demonstrated experience teaching English as a foreign language to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online teaching platforms and video conferencing software.
· Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to online teaching.
· Strong attention to punctuation.
· Flexible schedule to accommodate students across different time zones (preferred).
