RULES WE FOLLOW
We have created some simple guidelines to help us all succeed and achieve our goals:
1- Our services are best suited for intermediate and advanced learners. We do not offer beginner-level services at this time.
2- Our 1-on 1 lessons and group/party lessons are designed for mature students 18 years of age and older.
3- We are happy to discuss all kinds of topics, except politics and religion due to their sensitive and divisive nature.
4- We are focused on speaking and listening, therefore we do not provide proofreading services.
5- It is not recommended to share your personal information when interacting with teachers and students .
6- Please submit any lesson cancellation and or rescheduling requests 24 hours prior to the lesson. There are no exceptions to this rule.

**We highly encourage both teachers and students to engage with one another and form positive relationships as classmates and friends. However, please remember that you are solely responsible for these relationships. Since we don’t have personal knowledge of our teachers and students, we cannot endorse or guarantee the personal conduct of individuals either within or beyond our platform. Therefore, we wish to emphasize that Totality is not accountable for any consequences arising from interactions within or beyond our platform..**
**Kindly note that misunderstandings, mismatches, and other unfavorable occurrences may arise during the utilization of our services. Totality hereby reserves the right to cancel any services offered, at our discretion, without assuming liability. Any unused lessons will be reimbursed to the student at no additional cost.**
